Schedule 3 to the BNQ Terms and Conditions
As at the Effective Date, the Restricted Jurisdictions comprise Part A and Part B below.
PART A — Comprehensively sanctioned countries, regions and territories
together with any other country, region or territory that becomes subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargo administered or enforced by OFAC, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or any other competent authority whose measures apply to the Operator.
PART B — Jurisdictions in which the Operator elects not to make the Services available
The Operator does not make the Services available in the following jurisdictions, whether because targeted sanctions, financial-crime risk, licensing requirements or other legal or commercial considerations apply. Inclusion in this Part B is not a statement that the jurisdiction is subject to comprehensive sanctions.
together with any jurisdiction in which the activities comprised in the Services are prohibited, or would require a licence, registration or authorisation that the Operator does not hold.
The Operator may amend this Schedule at any time with immediate effect by publication on the Interface.
